No Show:
Should there be a no-show for confirmed reservations, there will be no refund.

Early Departure/Short Stay:
Any amendment to each confirmed room reservation resulting in a reduced length of stay,
there will be no refund.

Cancellation Policy:
Should there be a cancellation for confirmed reservations, the following charges will apply:
Before 01 December 2010: Full refund*
From 01 December 2010 onwards, any cancellation received will be billed for the full duration of stay.
*Note: Refund subject to any bank charges due to currency exchange.
